Version 0.3 of 'dba' - DataBase Abstraction library

'dba' is an abstract database driver the provides a consistent interface
for basic database operations across multiple database platforms.

Currently supported:

	MySQL (Functional
	SQLite3 (Functional)

Usage:

	See "dbaConn.h" for API documentation.

Building:

	Either use CMake 2.6 (or higher) to generate makefiles, or
	do something like:

		g++ -Wall -O3 \
			-DDBA_ENABLE_MYSQL -DDBA_ENABLE_SQLITE \
			-I/usr/include/mysql -L/usr/lib/mysql \
			-I/usr/include/sqlite3 -L/usr/lib/sqlite3 \
			-o db \
			main.cpp dbaConn.cpp dbaConnMySQL.cpp dbaConnSQLite.cpp \
			-lmysqlclient_r -lsqlite3

	Or to create libdba.a

		g++ -Wall -O3
			-DDBA_ENABLE_MYSQL -DDBA_ENABLE_SQLITE \
			-I/usr/include/mysql -I/usr/include/sqlite3 \
			-c dba*.cpp
		ar rcs libdba.a dba*.o
		ranlib libdba.a

	Adjust the defines/libraries to suit.
